📋 Description

• Analyze client workflows, operational processes, and business requirements to identify AI
• Coordinate pilot AI implementations (copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented systems).
• Collaborate with AI specialists to design, configure, test, and deploy client workflows.
• Integrate prompt libraries, memory structures, UIs, and AI capabilities into CRM/ERP and support
• Partner with AI design specialists to ensure user-facing agents deliver appropriate behavior and UX.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and iteratively improve workflows post-launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process design, systems integration, product implementation, digital
• Hands-on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, automation platforms, or workflow solutions
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, AI workflow design, and AI lifecycle
• Strong understanding of operationalizing AI across business functions, systems, and workflows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
