• Lead and develop revenue cycle managers and associates
• Drive service standards, productivity, quality, and accountability
• Monitor performance with updates on metrics, risks, and opportunities
• Oversee accounts receivable activities and billing timelines

• Review client accounts, dashboards, KPIs, and financial indicators

• Demonstrated experience leading teams in healthcare revenue cycle or multi-client services
• Experience managing managers/leaders with coaching and accountability
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and financial workflows
• Proven ability to use metrics, dashboards, and data analysis for improvements
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities
