📋 Description

• Design and run events that bring people together, from candidate dinners to conference booth setups
• Own talent operations for the R&D recruiting team, creating streamlined processes.
• Coordinate offsite dinners, conference logistics, and internal programs, sometimes internationally.
• Develop thoughtful experiences and behind-the-scenes execution to support recruiting goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience planning events, programs, or community initiatives
• Creative and operationally strong with strong attention to detail
• Enjoy bringing people together and creating meaningful shared experiences
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
