Head of Community & Patient Engagement

📋 Description

• Part of the operational leadership team overseeing ANZ patient/community engagement
• Build partnerships with patients, patient organisations, physicians, nurses
• Co-create strategies to improve patient journey and medicine use
• Lead development and implementation of patient support programs (PSPs)
• Manage 3rd party PSP vendor; monitor effectiveness
• Lead projects tied to patient experience (Empaveli kits, Florio app)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in science, medicine, nursing, pharmacy or related
• Minimum 5 years’ pharma/biotech experience
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office
• Valid/unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
