Staff Engineer - Observability

📋 Description

• Architect and evolve the global observability platform
• Lead the data foundation for petabyte-scale telemetry
• Define APIs and interfaces for AI-assisted diagnostics
• Design regional, high-availability monitoring topologies
• Create self-service developer tooling and GitOps workflows
• Provide technical leadership across the observability domain

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software, systems, or platform engineering
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Focus on distributed telemetry engines and storage
• Experience with OpenTelemetry and SLO-driven governance
• Programming in Go, Java, or Python
• Kubernetes exposure in production (on-prem and cloud)
