📋 Description

• Write hooks, scripts, headlines, and short-form ad copy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Produce multiple copy directions per brief with distinct angles.
• Work from a brief with a testable hypothesis behind it.
• Respond to performance data; adapt copy when needed.
• Collaborate on campaign platform development with creative teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years writing performance creative in paid media/paid social.
• 3+ years agency experience across multiple clients.
• Deep platform fluency for TikTok, Meta, etc.
• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven briefs.
• Voice range across categories; AI tool fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
