Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and properties to high standards
• Perform maintenance, repair, and remodeling work
• Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting tasks
• Coordinate outside contractors with Maintenance Supervisor
• Travel 2-4 sites per day; mileage reimbursement

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years building maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and repair daylong
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Drywall repair and carpentry experience
