Job Description
📋 Description
- Recruit eligible youth for Job Corps Program
- Conduct outreach in communities, agencies, American Job Centers, and public events
- Meet department and center goals and objectives
- Conduct orientations and interviews with applicants, including parents for minors
- Complete applicant files procedures (data entry, scan documents on e-file)
- Coordinate with centers to support travel arrangements for applicants
🎯 Requirements
- One or two years of related experience and/or training required
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus
