Pharmacy Technician – Clinical Liaison

📋 Description

• Provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists with total quality care
• Work with hospital clinicians face-to-face and by phone
• Educate prospective patients on hospital services and care
• Support outpatient and specialty prescription needs
• Grow the specialty pharmacy patient population
• Ensure patients stay on track with regimens and refills

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered Pharmacy Technician; licensure required
• CPhT preferred but not required
• 2 years experience required; 3-5 years preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
