• PMO operations and governance forum execution across COE and marketing ops.
• Coordinate cross-functional calendars and governance leadership meetings.
• Organize bi-weekly Compliance + Responsible AI forum with agendas and briefs.
• Prepare executive-ready meeting materials and summaries.
• Track decisions, actions, owners, and next steps to completion.
• Maintain COE knowledge base with policies and reference materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise PMO execution or program operations experience.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder coordination in complex environments.
• Governance forums, cadence, decision tracking, action-item mgmt.
• Knowledge management and documentation capabilities.
• Marketing operations and content lifecycles understanding.
• Excellent written comms; ability to draft executive summaries and POVs.
