• Manage and develop a small design team (2–5+) with craft, ownership, and high performance
• Hands-on design leader, contributing directly on key projects
• Set a high bar for product quality across interaction design, visual craft, and end-to-end
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, research, and go-to-market teams
• Design and improve experiences across discovery, onboarding, activation, engagement, collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking and craft
• Experience as a player-coach or senior design leader with mentoring impact
• Ability to coach designers, move quickly, and maintain clarity and craft
• Fluency in using AI as part of exploration, prototyping, and communication
• Comfort with data and experiments, balancing metrics with judgment
• Strong product judgment connecting user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities
