Staff Web Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the web platform architecture (Next.js, Sanity) for reliability and performance.
• Design data foundations and integration with marketing, analytics, and GTM.
• Establish automation, CI/CD, preview tooling, and testing.
• Set observability standards: logging, tracing, Core Web Vitals, budgets.
• Lead applying AI/ML to web workflows and internal tooling.
• Mentor a small front-end team and provide architectural guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Web Development with staff-level architecture experience.
• Strong command of React/Next.js, TypeScript, SSR; backend depth (Node, Python).
• Experience with headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful).
• Proven in CI/CD, IaC, observability, and performance optimization.
• Fluency in data infrastructure: SQL/NoSQL, caching, queuing, API/webhook patterns.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into production web experiences.
