• Day-to-day on shop floor leading a team of sales associates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience with coaching and training
• Problem-solving for day-to-day customer service
• Fast-paced team environment experience
• Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, ethical business
