Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead client transitions from existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite, ensuring smooth
• As the primary client contact and product subject matter expert, analyze client needs, recommend
• Build strong client relationships through clear expectations and trust. Ensure client requirements
• Advise clients on best practices and necessary system/process changes to meet implementation goals.
• Conduct training sessions via phone, web, or in person
• Maintain accurate project status in the management system, providing real-time updates and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in at least one of these areas: Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management
• 2 years prior implementation, training, or customer service experience required
• Knowledge of Ncontracts’ solutions a plus
• Experience in managing projects via a project management system a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
