📋 Description

• Join consulting team to map and improve risk, compliance, and ops processes, with AI opportunities
• Work with clients to diagnose where processes break down or create risk
• Design improved frameworks, define data needs, and analyze performance across workflows
• Identify AI use cases from workflow automation to agentic AI
• Lead client engagements, onsite and remote, delivering high-quality deliverables
• Manage timelines and coordinate across stakeholders for successful delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance, Business, Math, or related field
• 4-7 years client-facing management consulting in tech or fintech
• Experience supporting risk, compliance, or regulatory initiatives
• Hands-on AI adoption, workflow automation, or AI use-case identification
• Strong understanding of tech/fintech/regulatory challenges
• Proven client relationship and communication skills
