Trading Specialist

📋 Description

• Role on Middle Office Trading team to scale and refine our Trading Operations desk
• Support daily risk management activities and resolve customer-impacting escalations
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to prioritize
• Provide out-of-hours support across multiple time zones as needed
• Build AI-assisted workflows for core operational tasks and push adoption across the desk

🎯 Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or equivalent)
• Active FINRA Series 4 license
• Familiarity with Robinhood’s Options Onboarding process
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated expertise in options, equities, and margin
• Ability to work outside regular hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
