📋 Description

• Provide home health nursing visits to clients in their homes in Charleston area.
• Perform assessments, document observations, and implement care plans per physician orders.
• Coordinate with Administrator, Scheduler and support staff for smooth onboarding and ongoing care.
• On-board with paid orientation and access to ongoing training and development.
• Ensure accurate documentation of interventions and client status during every visit.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing (state of practice).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with valid credentials.
• Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred.
• Ability to travel to client homes on a flexible schedule.
