Chemist - H&M Beauty (temporary position)

📋 Description

• Support product development from initial brief through launch and market follow up
• Partner closely with Buying and Production teams
• Communicate technical insights, test results and recommendations to stakeholders across the product
• Collaborate with suppliers on formulation development and product quality
• Plan, execute and evaluate consumer and in-house product testing
• Secure that products meet quality, safety and compliance requirements globally

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline
• 3-5 years' experience within the Cosmetic Industry as a Cosmetic Chemist, Product Developer or
• Experience working with formulation science, product development or cosmetic manufacturing
• Knowledge of cosmetic regulations and compliance requirements is considered a strong advantage
• A genuine passion for beauty products and trends
• A collaborative team player who enjoys building strong relationships across functions and cultures
