📋 Description
- Own end-to-end EMEA benefits operations and scale programs as the function grows.
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, Revenue to launch benefits in new EMEA markets.
- Manage broker and carrier relationships; negotiate terms and plan options.
- Analyze enrollment, utilization, and cost data to inform design decisions.
- Develop and implement operating cadence for international benefits across regions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for country expansion and client discussions.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in international benefits with deep EMEA knowledge (UK, EU, expansion markets).
- Experience with procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in multi-country
- Track record of launching benefits in new markets.
- Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments for benefits and statutory requirements.
- Experience with data analysis (enrollment, utilization, cost) and turning insights into
- Program or project management experience; able to build processes, cadences, and coordinate

- Base wage range: €75,107.10 - €96,689.60 per year (convert to local location as applicable).
