📋 Description

• Lead our SRE organization as we scale Equities and launch Options.
• Own reliability and operational excellence of production environments.
• Define scalable SRE model across asset classes and teams.
• Develop tooling and standards for reliability, observability, and automation.
• Collaborate with core development, network engineering, and platform teams.
• Mentor engineers and ensure performance of highly available systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading global SRE or Production Engineering teams.
• Strong Linux, networking, automation, observability, incident management.
• Experience with trading systems or exchange environments a plus.
• Technical leadership with ability to guide complex production stacks.
• Hands-on comfort with on-prem environments and diverse tech.
