Senior Supply Chain Planner

📋 Description

• Coordinate supply of finished product, bulk, APIs, or materials with internal/external plants
• Support financial plan and long-range planning cycles with data input
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and drive root-cause resolution
• Keep SAP and JDA up to date; inform customers of supply updates and risks
• Participate in plant meetings to review performance and propose improvements
• Lead projects and manage stakeholder expectations; drive continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master, operations/supply chain or business mgmt
• Minimum 5 years in a similar environment
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Team player with improvement focus and results orientation
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
