📋 Description

You’ll own design and buildout of Alpaca’s core clearing infrastructure across brokerage, custody
Lead architecture and prototype work to scale clearing as we add asset classes, account types
Work at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, finance, compliance, and regulatory

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Product Management, technical program management, or engineering on brokerage
10+ years in brokerage, clearing, custody, prime brokerage, or capital markets tech.
Deep experience with at least one clearing surface: settlement/stock record, books and records
Highly technical; translate complex domain requirements into scalable system designs with engineers
Comfort shipping in parallel with Compliance, Legal, and Operations in a regulated broker-dealer
