Chief of Staff, R&D

📋 Description

• Own the R&D rhythm: leadership meetings, reviews, planning, all-hands, board prep
• Run end-to-end R&D planning; coordinate across Product, Eng, Design
• Surface trade-offs with options, costs, and recommendations
• Write leadership memos and align across org on direction
• Act as connective tissue to spot misalignment early
• Handle top-priority org design and capacity planning

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy, ops, product, engineering leadership, or prior Chief of Staff
• Experience supporting product/engineering executives
• Strong writing; able to communicate complex topics clearly
• Technical credibility; discuss architecture and trade-offs
• Influence-based leadership with cross-team collaboration
