Production Coordinator, Tool and Die

📋 Description

• Coordinate tool and die production to ensure on-time delivery of components and assemblies.
• Manage demand planning for Make components focusing on Tool & Die and CNC shop part flow.
• Monitor BOM in MRP systems to ensure on-time assemblies.
• Execute purchasing transactions and issue POs for tool and die programs.
• Maintain product master data; develop expertise in material planning systems and reports.
• Communicate status and estimates to leadership and collaborate with teams to manage inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or administrative environment
• Experience navigating multitier BOMs and work orders
• Experience in production environment; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong MS Office skills; ability to present data clearly
• Ability to work with limited supervision to develop plans and schedules
