📋 Description

• Provide RN home health care on per-visit basis in Richmond area
• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Administer meds, wound care, treatments, procedures
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Document doctors' orders and care discussions
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management

🎯 Requirements

• Active VA Registered Nurse license
• Prior home health experience preferred
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience helpful
• Willingness to travel to cases as assigned
