Private Duty -Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Provide personal care and companionship per nurse-written plan of care
• Support activities of daily living and household tasks to help adults stay safe at home
• Assist with daily activities, meal prep, mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
• Deliver one-on-one patient care and ensure a great employee experience on BAYADA’s team
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned and work within BAYADA’s standards

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, but training provided
• Passion for caregiving with empathy, patience, kindness and respect
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care with BAYADA values
• Ability to be present and support clients in their homes
