Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
• Inspect sites and complete inspections/site surveys
• Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, windows
• Replace ceilings, tiles, flooring, wall protection
• Address urgent issues like leaks and unsafe conditions
• Assemble, move, and install equipment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years in building maintenance
• Strong self-starter with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; sit/stand for long periods
