Agile Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives in Specialty Pharmacy with a focus on AI/ML-driven products
• Define requirements and drive high-impact initiatives delivering value
• Design, prototype, and scale AI-powered solutions with responsible AI practices
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage delivery timelines
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from MVP to rollout
• Partner with analytics/engineering for data sources and model performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI products from 0 → 1 (POC to production)
• Strong exposure to RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation
• Experience with agentic AI solutions in enterprise workflows and HITL governance
• 8+ years in Product Management or related fields in Agile environments
• Data-driven product development, strong stakeholder management
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, cloud-based architectures, and modern AI tooling
