Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and properties to high standards across multiple locations.
• Oversee and perform maintenance, repair, and remodeling of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Manage time and priorities, traveling between 2–4 sites per day with mileage reimbursement when

• At least two years of building maintenance experience (heating, plumbing, electrical, general
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working with individuals in group homes with various disabilities.
