📋 Description
- Manage total operation of production lines on a 24/7 basis through line management and continuous
- Drive the plant furnace to achieve Safety, Quality, Total Best Cost, Productivity and Flexibility
- Promote Manufacturing Excellence and continuous improvement
- Conduct production meetings and sponsor morning TPC meetings
- Lead and manage projects; meet plant KPIs
- Collaborate with team members and support employee engagement
🎯 Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred in Production/Operations Management
- Experience supervising/leading people and processes in manufacturing
- Glass industry experience required; Cold End experience preferred
- Strong coaching, mentoring, verbal and written communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of information systems and data analysis
