• Prepare meeting materials for exec and cross-functional teams.
• Capture decisions, action items, owners, and next steps.
• Track follow-ups and dependencies to completion.
• Draft summaries and progress updates for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in enterprise PMO, project management, or operations.
• Strong cross-functional coordination in complex settings.
• Knowledge of governance forums, cadences, and decision tracking.
• Knowledge management and documentation skills.
• Understanding of marketing ops and content lifecycles.
• Experience with creative teams, agencies, or content-driven environments.
