📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for tax and asset compliance domain.
• Turn Geotab telematics data into automated compliance outcomes (evidence, filings, monitoring).
• Partner with Tech Dev Board, domain heads, product teams, and customers to align on needs.
• Develop and track KPIs, including P&L literacy and revenue attribution for domain outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective packaging of capabilities for market segments.
• Establish feedback loops to resolve gaps and maintain UX quality across surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, product engineering, or related customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years senior product/people leadership with cross-functional scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong product leadership with customer outcomes focus and measurable business impact; P&L
• Cross-functional leadership across product, design, and engineering; mentoring and coaching leaders.
• Experience with modern product discovery, CI/CD, cloud-native delivery, agile; ability to redesign
