📋 Description

• Audits, strategy, and setup of broadcast campaigns and email automation for current & potential
• SMS campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration with teams
• Innovate client strategy with senior leaders to improve metrics
• Cross-functional collaboration with creative, content, web, and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in email marketing strategy, production & end-to-end management
• Strong analytical and copywriting skills; data-driven with A/B testing
• Hands-on with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar
• SMS experience preferred
• Expertise in email best practices: segmentation, deliverability, copy & design
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
