• Ensure dormitory delivers quality services to maintain a 3% Worker To Resident ratio
• Ensure Recreation/Leisure Learning delivers quality services to students
• Reduce serious incidents during evening program hours
• Increase students involved in Recreation/Leisure Learning and Leisure Time Employment
• Increase opportunities for students to lead project-based teams during events
• Conduct analysis to ensure dorms and teams meet goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Four years related experience
• At least two years' experience in a management or supervisory role
