Press Operator - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Coordinate print jobs for the offset press printing process.
• Start up machine, stock station, ink fountain; adjust inks and rollers.
• Monitor ink readings and print quality throughout the shift.
• Hang plate, run prints, and perform appropriate cleanup.
• Collaborate with Bindery, Quality, Pre-press and Leadership teams.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Manufacturing machine operating experience.
• Proven track record in waste reduction and profit improvement.
• Ability to proofread and ensure accuracy.
• Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues while printing.
• Must display excellent work habits and be a team player.
