🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering
• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Experience owning large-scale web/mobile products
• CCaaS, AI/ML fluency, and data-driven mindset
• Regulated domain experience (HIPAA a plus)
• Strong cross-functional leadership
