📋 Description

• Maintains a caseload of program participants providing career technical/academic, social, and
• Collaborates with all departments to meet student needs.
• Assesses and evaluates students on formal and informal levels.
• Aids students in continuing education or additional training.
• Connects students with community services for transition from Job Corps.
• Documents monthly counseling sessions for minors and adults; adjust frequency as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 semester hours in social services-related instruction required.
• One year experience in counseling or related field.
• Experience with diverse youth population.
• Valid driver’s license in employing state with acceptable driving record.
