📋 Description

• Assists students in adjusting to Center life with supervision, behavior modification, and mentoring.
• Ensures students meet schedules and arrive on time for training or work.
• Prepares students for training day with appropriate attire.
• Provides daily supervision in personal hygiene, room/chore tasks, and activities.
• Maintains dorm cleanliness and readiness for inspections.
• Offers informal counseling on stress management and responsible behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One-year related experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
