- Performs work involving the skills of two or more maintenance occupations to keep equipment of an
- Performs preventative, routine and emergency maintenance on all homes/offices, vehicles, and
- Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum age 16
- Working knowledge of painting, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning/heating, refrigeration, auto
- Working knowledge of repair procedures for walls, flooring, windows and other hardware
- Must be able to lift and/or support 50 pounds
- May need to drive within program sites and business office, as well as to various community vendors
