📋 Description
- Lead investigations across design, manufacturing, and field performance
- Design, validate, and implement engineering solutions
- Develop manufacturing processes to diagnose failures
- Drive decisions with data analysis and structured problem solving
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Optical, Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, and Quality teams
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related
- Minimum 8 years in medical devices, robotics, imaging, or similar
- Experience across product lifecycle concepts from concept to sustaining
- Hands-on with modern test equipment and DOE/experiments
- Strong root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and data-driven approach
- Proficient in Python, C, C++, or JavaScript is desirable
