Care Adviser (IHS/Childcare)

📋 Description

• Support Care Coordinators and Advisers to assist families/address caretaking needs.
• Conduct in-depth research, contact providers, and follow up with Care Coordinators.
• Navigate job platforms, create postings, interview in-home support candidates, and perform
• Cross-train on childcare and agency requests; contribute to product and marketing materials.
• Represent Wellthy at events; travel expenses covered by Wellthy.
• Remote, US-based role with emphasis on secure, private workspaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare or caregiving with customer service or admin experience.
• Experience in in-home health/healthcare staffing or recruiting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Coordination Team.
• High school diploma required; Associates or higher preferred.
• Strong ethics and client confidentiality; adaptable to evolving service experiences.
• Knowledge of healthcare sector; multi-language skills a plus; remote work experience preferred.
