Full Time Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide one-to-one behavioral intervention services to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
• Deliver life-changing care and support as part of Cortica’s team.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and supervisors to implement plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; BCBA/BCAT pathways supported.
• Masters, bachelor’s, high school or equivalent; willingness to grow.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm; weekday afternoons/evenings optional.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
