📋 Description
- Lead CDSO study teams and represent DS on cross-functional study teams.
- Act as operational lead from CDSO for assigned studies; coordinate teams.
- Engage cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
- Use operational analytics and PM tools to optimize execution.
- Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs, and local regs.
- Mentor Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business, MIS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years pharma/clinical data experience or 5+ years PM exp.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
