📋 Description

• Perform sample receipt, sorting, and line up per Eurofins guidelines.
• Handle duties of two platforms; assist with registration/verification of client information.
• Enter sample testing requests into the computer system and verify accuracy against client data.
• Train new personnel on platform duties; support cross-department knowledge sharing.
• Maintain GLP compliance and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Promote company image and support client inquiries with professional communication.
