Preventative Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Executing preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including ductwork and refrigerant
• Conducting plumbing and electrical repairs, water pipe modifications, insulation, and appliance
• Adhering to OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, NFPA, ASME, NEC standards in all work activities.
• Completing work orders and preventive maintenance with timeliness and accuracy.
• Supporting general maintenance tasks, including pest control, minor repairs, and cleaning as needed.
• Collaborating with managers and supervisors to maintain optimal operating conditions and minimize

🎯 Requirements

• Academic training related to refrigeration, electricity, and/or plumbing.
• Valid HVAC/refrigeration license and professional association membership.
• Certification in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Four years of professional experience with refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
