📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to assess needs and support customers and team.
• Support key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relations
• Ensure a safe work environment and enforce stockroom standards and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-focused sales/operations experience.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Energetic, optimistic, and able to blend fun with work.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Empathy, integrity, and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds; able to bend, kneel, climb, crawl and safely use a ladder.
