📋 Description
- Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies for high-quality drone components.
- Assist in developing supply chain and sourcing processes and tools.
- Manage supplier relationships and improve supplier performance.
- Lead negotiations and supplier selection during NPI and sustaining projects.
- Monitor market conditions and develop sourcing alternatives.
- Collaborate with engineering on supplier/component selection.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier performance management skills.
- Technical and commercial experience in mechanical components and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and contract terms (MSA, SOW, NDA).
- Ability to manage complex supplier relationships and early supplier involvement.
- Interest in emerging technologies across electronics, aerospace, and robotics.
