Sourcing Manager, Mechanical (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Own demand planning and strategic sourcing for Starshield hardware
• Drive end-to-end supply chain execution for critical components
• Balance cost, quality, and lead-time targets while scaling production
• Collaborate with engineering and production for reliable supply base
• Act as supplier interface for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
• Ensure compliance with government and commercial contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain; or 7+ years in similar
• Experience with procurement, manufacturing, or outsourcing contract manufacturing partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
• Ability to travel and work irregular hours with global suppliers
• Onsite in Hawthorne, CA (remote not considered)
