China Asset Strategy Lead

📋 Description

• Defines and executes China development strategy for assigned assets contributing to AbbVie growth.
• Ensures asset development adds significant value in China with market potential and
• Leads development activities for China Asset Strategy Team (AST) and coordinates with JAPAC and
• Fosters continuous improvement within the asset lifecycle and aligns with stakeholders.
• Represents China AST at global ASTs and decision bodies in China.
• Drives asset strategy implementation and risk management for projects in China.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years drug development experience in pharma/biotech; Neuroscience/Immunology preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; ability to influence and drive decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Chinese and English.
