• Role: Senior Technical Writer focused on insurance/financial ops, creating developer and user docs
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Solution Architects to translate complex tech into
• Hands-on contributor; responsible for execution and documentation quality.
• Docs-as-Code environment; work with Git-based workflows.
• OpenAPI specs and integration docs are core focus areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years technical writing for software/technical platforms.
• Insurance/InsurTech SaaS documentation experience in regulated industries.
• Experience with API and developer documentation for SaaS/platforms.
• Strong OpenAPI understanding; can read/validate YAML/JSON specs.
• Docs-as-Code proficiency; GitHub/GitLab or GitBooks experience.
• Markdown mastery; excellent cross-functional collaboration.
